About the Role:

Staffinity Ltd is partnering with a leading global innovator in medical devices to recruit a driven Territory Sales Manager. This role offers the autonomy to manage the South West England and South Wales territory (including Bristol, Cardiff, Devon, and Cornwall), delivering cutting-edge medical solutions through consultative, new-business-focused sales.

Key Responsibilities:

– Drive growth by prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals with healthcare providers.
– Use a consultative approach to identify client pain points and deliver tailored solutions.
– Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., clinicians, procurement teams).
– Manage complex sales cycles, from lead generation to contract finalisation.
– Exceed quarterly sales targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills & Experience:

2-3+ years of field sales experience, consistently exceeding targets.

Hunter mentality: 

– Proven ability to cold prospect, overcome objections, and secure new business.
– Background in medical, dental, or B2B sectors (e.g., software, recruitment, automotive).
– Strong negotiation skills with a track record of influencing decision-makers.
– Resilience to thrive under pressure and adapt to rejection.
– Full UK driving licence.
