Customer Service Administrator

Your responsibilities will include:
– Processing damage invoices and resolving related queries with customers and internal departments.
– Reviewing end-of-life contract mileage allowances and generating invoices accordingly.
– Compiling and distributing weekly management information reports.
– Providing support for new and existing vehicle requests.
– Assisting with compliance documentation and various administrative tasks.

About You:

We are looking for an organised and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. You should be comfortable handling queries, possess strong attention to detail, and have excellent time management skills.


Key attributes include:
– Experience in a B2B environment, ideally within customer service and administration.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– A keen eye for detail and excellent time management abilities.
– Proficiency in working with data, invoices, and Microsoft Office packages.
– While not essential, a background in transport or distribution would be advantageous.
