Your responsibilities will include:
Processing damage invoices and resolving related queries with customers and internal departments.
Reviewing end-of-life contract mileage allowances and generating invoices accordingly.
Compiling and distributing weekly management information reports.
Providing support for new and existing vehicle requests.
Assisting with compliance documentation and various administrative tasks.

About You:

We are looking for an organised and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. You should be comfortable handling queries, possess strong attention to detail, and have excellent time management skills.
Key attributes include:
Experience in a B2B environment, ideally within customer service and administration.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A keen eye for detail and excellent time management abilities.
Proficiency in working with data, invoices, and Microsoft Office packages.
While not essential, a background in transport or distribution would be advantageous.
